There are many different types of weddings, and they happen for many different reasons. Some weddings involve hundreds of guests and last 12+ hours, and some are much smaller, intimate celebrations with only close friends and family. But at the end of the day, every wedding is the same at the core: A celebration, meant to commemorate the joining of two families into one. A celebration is always a happy occasion, and I am always honored to be a part of every wedding I photograph. But being a part of Stacy and Jeremy’s City Scape Winery wedding was extra special to me. Have you ever been to a City Scape Winery wedding before? It is a beautiful location. In fact, I would say City Scape is an ideal location for one of these more intimate weddings. It has a little bit of everything – Quiet seclusion, a beautiful natural setting, and of course all the wine you can drink. Good wine too, good enough for me to shamelessly stock up on several bottles before I left.
It is also a beautiful location to view a sunset, especially from between the rows of planted grapes. For wedding photographers it is a dream come true, and it is no secret why Stacy and Jeremy chose City Scape as their wedding venue. This was my first time photographing a wedding here, but it definitely won’t be my last. After all, I need an excuse to come back and refresh my wine collection.
