Wedding photography isn’t only about weddings….it’s also about showing the bride and groom as a couple. Engagement sessions are the perfect way to do that! I think Engagement Photography is extremely important. Engagements are a great way to celebrate your love for each other outside of the busy and sometimes restrictive wedding day timelines. Not only does the couple get professional photos of themselves (which many couples completely lack), but it is a great way to announce your wedding via Save-The-Date announcements, social media announcements, etc. But also, an engagement session is an opportunity for me to work with the couple BEFORE the wedding, in a completely stress-free situation.
I loved working with Jenn and Anthony on their recent engagement session! They are so happy together, and I loved watching them interact with each other during the day. They are the reason I love my job, and the reason I love shooting engagements. Look for their upcoming 2016 wedding here!
