Landri and Tim
I have a bit of a soft spot for the SC Botanical Gardens engagement photos, near Clemson University. One of my earliest engagement sessions took place there, and I always love coming back. The grounds are beautiful, and I can always count of a huge variety of photos here – there are just so many perfect spots along the way. So when Landri and Tim ran the idea by me, I jumped at the chance!
Landri and tim’s engagement session has been marred with more difficulties and reschedules than any other in 2016 – reschedules due to weather, an injury, etc…and then we lucked out. One of our original reschedule days opened up and we decided to move it once again because it was more convenient. Originally we were going to use downtown Greenville as a location, but I realized a few days before that Artisphere was still going to be going on downtown….definitely not a time for engagement photos! So Landri and Tim suggested the SC Botanical Gardens, with a quick stopover at Clemson University and we ran with it. The results turned out better than I could have ever hoped for!

After we wrapped up their SC Botanical Gardens engagement photos, we hopped over to the campus for their Clemson engagement photos. Tim is a graduate from Clemson, so it made perfect sense. Plus the lighting was gorgeous that day. You may recognize some notable landmarks, such as Tillman Hall, and of course Death Valley where Tim frequently tailgates.
A beautiful and fitting wrap for a wonderful day. Landri and Tim are wonderful to work with, and you would never have known that they were nervous before their engagement photos. We all had a great time, and I am definitely looking forward to photographing their wedding later this year! Until then 🙂
